Q). How do I find out if a bouncy castle is available and how can I book?
A). You can either call or email us to both check the availability and book a bouncy castle. As we don't require any payment before the day it is quick and simple to make a booking over the phone or on email. |
Q). How Much will it cost to hire a bouncy castle?
A). All our individual bouncy castle prices are shown on this website and are based on a day or part day hire. (i.e. if you are hiring for the whole day or in a hall for a few hours the price is the same). The daily rate is based on delivery between 9 - 11am then collection between 16:30 - 18:00. there are additional charges for hires beyond 18:00.

Q). Do I have enough space for a bouncy castle in my garden?
A). Within the description of each bouncy castle on this website you will find the dimensions for the footprint of that inflatable. We always require and additional 5ft (1.5 - 2metres) in front of the bouncy castle so the children are safe getting on and off the inflatable. If you are unsure please give us a call with the dimensions of your garden and we'll be happy to advise the most suitable inflatable for the space.

Q). I have hired a hall for the party. Will the bouncy castle fit?
A). We regularly deliver to many halls in the local area and know which inflatables fit into each venue. To help you find out which ones will fit into which venue we have listed most of these hall on our venue guide. Click here to see the venues

Q). Do I need to provide anything?
A). We provide virtually everything needed for the hire including safety mats. We will also deliver and set up the bouncy castle for you and make sure it is safe to use. All we require is a standard mains socket (preferably within 25m of the site) and clear level access from our van to where you would like the bouncy castle.
If your are hiring for an event where access to a mains socket is difficult we can also supply a generator, but this would be an additional cost.

Q). How can I pay for the bouncy castle hire?
A). Full payment is required at the time of delivery of your inflatable. We accept Cash as well as Credit and Debit cards. All of these payments can be made quickly and easily onsite on the day.
For those of you hiring for an event where you may not be around at the time of delivery (i.e. a wedding, Christening, etc) we can take payment before the day by card over the phone.
In addition to payment we will also require some for of photo ID to be shown to our delivery driver.
Most banks have now stopped guaranteeing cheques. So we can now no longer accept cheques as payment.

Q). Are you insured to hire bouncy castles?
A). Yes, we have full public liability cover up to £5m.

Q). We are having a party in a pub garden, is it OK to have a bouncy castle?
A). Yes, we hire many inflatable to licensed premises. Please be aware you inflatables must be supervised at all times, so ensure you have somebody allocated to do this. A bouncy castle in a pub gardens can attract from uninvited guests and can spoil you party so make sure you supervisor is prepared for this.
The latest we collect inflatables from licensed premises is 9pm
PLEASE NOTE: Hires beyond our 6pm daily rate cut of will incur the full overnight charge, even if the equipment is collected the same evening.

Q). What is the latest time we can have the bouncy castle until?
A). The daily hire charge is until 6pm on a first come, first serve basis. This however does not mean we have to collect then. Each castle also has an overnight hire rate. This additional rate applies when we collect the inflatable later that evening or the following day.
Overnight hires are only possible when the inflatable is in a secure location accessible to our collection team between 7 - 9am the following morning.

Q). What happens if it's bad weather?
A). If on the morning of the event the weather is going to ruin the party and you feel your money will be wasted we do accept cancellations (Subject to our agreedment). However we do require you to call us 1 - 2 hours before your allocated delivery time. If you don't call we will still deliver and payment will be required. Cancellations made before or after this time will be charged as laid out in our terms and conditions.
