All our bouncy Castles are set up on delivery and our friendly team will explain how to use the equipment safely.

Our delivery times are normally between 8am - 10am, and our collection times are between 5pm - 7pm.*

If you are having a castle at a hall or community centre and only need the castle for a 3 or 4 hours we are more than happy to try and deliver at the time you require it, but we suggest you try to AVOID our normal delivery times to save our staff braking all the local speed limits to get everyones castles delivered on time.

Please Note: Although we will always try to deliver the equipment at the time you specify, there may be times where we have to arrange an earlier drop off time or later collection time. This is especially true during the busy summer months.

Winter sesson Bookings. We always aim to provide our customers with the best quality equipment. For this reason we do not hire our inflatables outside between 1st November and 31st March. We can thus ensure that all castles booked for parties indoors during this period are dry and clean everytime.

*Daily hires charges are based on units being delivered at 9am and collected by 6pm, Beyond these times the overnight charges will apply.

*Daily hires charges are based on units being delivered between 9am - 11am and collected between 5pm - 6pm, Beyond these time the overnight charges will apply. Our standard daily rates also apply when only hiring the equipment for 2 -3 hours (i.e. having a party in a hall, etc)
